Cancellation Policy

Time Frame:Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Fees:Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the estimated service cost. Rescheduling:We understand that plans can change. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment with no additional fee, provided you give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice. No-Shows:Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notification will be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the estimated service cost. Emergencies:We consider emergencies on a case-by-case basis. In such instances, fees may be waived upon presentation of valid proof. Booking Policy Confirmation:Your booking is confirmed once you receive an email from us detailing your appointment and service specifics. Deposit:A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the estimated service cost is required to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from your final bill. Payment Terms:Full payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit cards, and online transfers. Service Scope:Bookings are specific to the services agreed upon. Requests for additional services may require separate appointments and billing. Privacy Policy Client Information:Client confidentiality is paramount. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Payment Information:All payment information is processed securely. Fixar Inc. does not store your credit card or banking details. Late Arrival Policy Technician Late Arrival:If our technician is more than 60 minutes late, we will notify you and offer a 10% discount on your service. Please understand that NYC traffic is giving everyone a hard time. Client Late Arrival:Please be available at your scheduled appointment time. Clients more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled, and a rescheduling fee of 10% may apply.
